GiGi Gaubert Burk, proud New Orleanian and Community Leader, has worked in Real Estate for over 30 years, investing in and transforming the New Orleans market. Named “Rookie of the Year” in her first year in the industry, she remains driven by a strong focus to better the Real Estate Experience for her clients and the Public. By serving on the local Real Estate Board (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors), and MLS, Ethics, and Policies/Procedures Committees, GiGi has devoted her time and efforts to advocate for the Client by the betterment of Industry Standards.

Realizing the demands of today’s fast-paced Real Estate environment and the need for unparalleled service and professionalism, GiGi created the G-Force Group. She dedicates herself to analyzing current events, market conditions and trends ensuring that her Team has the right tools and skills to adapt to the ever-changing Industry and new technology. Raised in New Orleans with 8 siblings, Debbie learned at a very early age the importance of cooperation, team work and being responsible for herself and others. She worked hard and persevered in order to put herself through college, earning a degree in Management and Marketing. After graduation, Debbie started her career in the retail field, honing her management and customer service skills. Her persistence and keen eye for detail made the transition to Real Estate a natural next step.

As G-Force Group Director, Debbie fulfills the Team’s Missions and Vision by guiding G-Force and its Clients to their end goals. From working directly with Sellers and Buyers to orchestrating the day-to-day activities of the Team, she is driven and passionate about giving G-Force clients unparalleled service. When the unexpected arises during a transaction, Debbie does extensive research in order to present a solution rather than a problem, without worrying the Client. Building and maintaining relationships with not only the Client but also with Real Estate Peers and Vendors/Affiliates comes naturally to Debbie. She recognizes the monumental impact that a personal yet professional touch can have and ensures that the G-Force Group delivers the ultimate experience to each Client.


Originally from New York, Charlotte has embraced New Orleans as her home after attending Tulane University and graduating with Degrees in Real Estate, Management, Communication, and Art History. Charlotte’s diverse work experience, all while carrying a full course load at Tulane, allowed her to build lasting relationships and cultivate a strong work ethic. Her course study gave her a deep understanding of the New Orleans Market and prepared her for a challenging and rewarding career in Real Estate.

As the G-Force Group’s Listing Coordinator, Charlotte works with the Selling Clients to ensure no detail is overlooked. From measuring the property to scheduling photos to drafting listing documents, she organizes and prepares the pertinent components for a seamless listing process. Charlotte also schedules all property showing appointments, coordinating with other Agents and Sellers. In addition, she sets the stage for maximum exposure of properties to targeted audiences by overseeing advertising on different Digital and Print platforms. Charlotte provides the infrastructure for Sellers to achieve the highest return on investment by making sure nothing falls through the cracks!


Overcoming the stigma of being born in Atlanta, Ellie was raised in New Orleans and embraces all that it means to be a New Orleanian… the spirit, the traditions, the food, the culture, Mardi Gras, Jazzfest! This love of New Orleans was imbibed by her New Orleans born and bred parents, GiGi and Billy Burk. With a Business Management degree from LSU, experience as an Event Planner, and the innate exposure to the Real Estate industry from her parents, a career in Real Estate came naturally to Ellie.

As a Buyer’s Agent for G-Force, Ellie guides her clients from the beginning of the journey to their dream home. With a systematic process that starts with Lender Pre-Qualification and the Buyer’s search criteria, she ensures that the client stays focused and happy through the step-by-step process of home buying. Ellie provides recommendations for Lenders, Inspectors, Title Companies, and other Vendors from a vast network of reliable resources. Ellie is the Buyer’s Advocate from beginning to end, from contract to closing and beyond!
